Welcome to our new Momence booking system
There are currently some bug issues with using a browser/website to book but we are now more App based and that works great!!
We will be able to send you email reminders 24 hours in advance of a class as well as payment reminders. You will be able to book and cancel from a much cleaner view and track your children separately as well!
New system flows can be difficult so here are all the shortcuts and hints to make it as easy as possible.
Getting Started Guide
Download MOMENCE App
Download the Momence app on your device to get started.
Log in to Momence Portal
Log in and you enter the Momence Portal. They sell their software to a lot of different booking platforms (adult yoga and pilates, hair salons, kids gymnastics or karate).
If you happen to see multiple icons, click on which place you want to go to. Click on our KISS Swim baby icon and you will enter our area.
Navigate to Your Child's Account
You enter in the parent account (you). The system assumes you as adults are using their platform for something adult related.
You need to go to your child(ren) account to see those classes. Click on SHOWING CHILDREN (slightly different wording on Android) and that gets you into your child(ren) and you can see upcoming appointments. You can toggle on/off individual children to select just 1 child or view them all together.

You can now see UPCOMING FOR YOU. Clicking on See All shows you more than the next few.
Select a Membership Package
As you are an existing client being ported over, your lessons are there, but you don't have a membership that these appointments are tied to. You can cancel any of these but you can't book more until you select a Membership. This just assigns your child into the right program.
- If you are brand new, your child needs to have an INTRO PACKAGE
- If you are a returning family after taking some time off, then you need a CONTINUING EDUCATION PACKAGE
The INTRO package is for the first 24 lessons and anything beyond that is in the 12 lesson CONTINUING EDUCATION program.
Booking Flow for Appointments
- Click on APPOINTMENTS
- Select your location
- Choose the appropriate Lesson your child is enrolled in (only the blue arrow advances the screen, otherwise it just does a pop up with more info on the program)
- Choose the Instructor (again, blue arrow advances)
- Change the date and you will see that instructor's availability for that day
- It will take you to a new screen and ask which Account you are booking for - just highlight the proper child and you are good to go!
Important Notes
Previously Booked Lessons
If you had previously booked lessons, they should have been manually ported over. Depending on when you made those lessons, it may have happened in the short window between their last batch update and us transferring over.
If they are not in Momence or not all of them in Momence, please contact your lead instructor and we will figure it out.
Payment Methods
Payment methods won't change. The system will now track, eventually, after we are sure it's all running smoothly.
